British Sign Language (BSL) users can use contactSCOTLAND-BSL's interpretation service to contact us. It is an online video relay service which provides an online interpreter to contact all Scotland's public bodies and third sector organisations. To access the service you need a smartphone, tablet, or a PC or Laptop with a webcam.
The service operates 8am to midnight, 7 days a week, for non-emergency calls. The organisation you are contacting may operate different hours.
